I’m a New York City–based yoga and meditation instructor, former go-to-market strategic operator in the marketing tech and creator economy space, and TEDx speaker passionate about creating modern corporate wellness programs for sustainable growth.

Before stepping fully into my purpose in wellness by teaching yoga and meditation at Equinox across Manhattan, Brooklyn, and building One Wellness NYC, I spent over a decade building partnerships, creating and leading sales and GTM ops team trainings, and scaling growth across startups and enterprise organizations. As former founding team member of a venture-backed startup, I understand the pace, pressure, and performance expectations of modern work—because I’ve lived them.

Today, I design science-informed, accessible wellness experiences that fit seamlessly into your workday. My approach blends nervous system regulation, evidence-based mindfulness practices, and intelligently programmed movement to support sustainable performance—not just short-term stress relief.

I’ve taught since 2018 with over 350+ training hours and have led classes, teacher trainings and programs across Los Angeles and New York, including at Equinox and in corporate settings. As a Lead Teacher Trainer, I’ve developed curriculum and trained instructors in how to deliver clear, high-impact experiences to diverse groups.

What makes my work different is the integration of both worlds:

Whether leading a 30-minute mindful movement standup or an ongoing yoga class series, my goal is the same: to help teams build resilience, clarity, and capacity—without disrupting workflow.
